Having found years ago the ultimate location in Langs Beach & Waipu I can attest to the fact that this is one of the most stunning places on the planet.

I loved the idea of opening a family owned and operated real estate business with my father in this fabulous area, but we are now enjoying the larger team and support network that the Premium brand has to offer everyone.

I have spent 11 years marketing and selling properties and subdivisions, a majority of that time has been spent in the Langs Beach, Waipu Cove & Waipu areas and I have enjoyed every minute of it! Having moved from England to sunny Waipu with my husband and our 2 boys, in 2006 we have enjoyed 4 wonderful years here and feel more settled in this community than we could ever have thought possible in such a short time.

Property has always been in my blood and I was an estate agent from leaving school to the birth of my second child. During my time in Waipu, I have been very involved with the primary school, but feel with my youngest son moving on to college at the end of the year, that I needed a new challenge.

Sandy McKenzie has an excellent reputation locally, indeed she sold us our present home, and now that she is so busy with RE/MAX Real Estate and Coastline Holiday Rentals, am delighted that she has taken me on board to assist her with the holiday rentals, a position I am very excited about.
